My Super Addictive Healthy Chicken Wings | My Clean Cutting Board
I am addicted to these wings. Every time there’s lime or lemon in my house, I make sure to make these. They are amazing! This is kind of my cheat food. Yeah I know, I’m such a rebel. I call them Lime Pepper Wings.
Warning: If you try this, you might want to eat it all the time.
10 wings (pastured chicken is best)
1-2 tbsp lime
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
After you clean the chicken, add 1/4 tsp salt (don’t over do it. More salt comes later)
Grill or bake them until fully cooked (I put them on the George Foreman until they’re crispy)
Meanwhile in a bowl mix the rest of the salt, pepper, lime, and oil. (Add more salt to taste)
Once the chicken is done, mix the chicken in the lime mixture. Let it soak for about 1 minute and there you go!
You might not want to share these so I’d double even triple up on the recipe if you have kids. And remember, I warned you about getting addicted.
